    These are some great ideas!!! I am planning on using many of these when I travel to Tenn. in September for my vacation. These will be great additions to my Inspire protein drinks, while on BOT.

      beans are good protein but you may have to wait until well after your surgery to eat them.. maybe bec of the gas…

    Ok I did a no no yesterday I gave into my cravings I have had this craving for a month I ate lasagna I ate a piece that was maybe a 3×3 inch piece it was so good since I ate the piece no more cravings and my husband at the rest of the pan. It was pasta, cheese, pepperoni, and tomato sauce. Of course now I feel guilty. I will not being doing this again anytime soon the tomato sauce gave me a little heartbu.
